Open Enrollment/Registration 2024-2025
Open enrollment for returning students begins January 15, 2024. To register a returning student, this process will take place through JupiterEd.
Open enrollment for new students begins March 10, 2024. New students must tour prior to registering. After touring, you will be emailed a registration link.
Note: When registering, if you do not receive a link/code from JupiterEd immediately, check your email's spam folder.
Admissions Process
1. Tour with Principal
2. Online application and all required application documentation submitted
3. Registration Fee Paid (to be refunded only if student is not accepted)
4. Academic Skills Test administered by a classroom teacher/principal
5. Admissions/Recommending Committee will meet to evaluate the following documentation:
-Online Application
-Records from previous school (including Standardized Testing, Behavior Records, IEP, etc.)
-Health Records
-Letters of Recommendation
-Financial Agreement/Scholarships
-Academic Skills Test results
6. Acceptance/Confirmation of Acceptance
Waiting List Policy
A waiting list will be started when full class enrollment is reached. Class capacity differs from classroom to classroom based on the grade level of the student, the physical size of the classroom along with guidelines regarding student to teacher ratios from the North American Division of Seventh-day Adventist schools, one of the organizations that provides accreditation for our school.
The fee for being placed on the waiting list is $50. The $50 fee will be refunded if your family wants to be removed from the waiting list at any time. When a student is accepted, the fee is credited to the registration fee or first month’s tuition. Once on the waiting list, priority placement will be based on the order in which the applications and fees are received.

Scholarships
Tuition Discounts, Arizona Tax Credits, ESA Universal, and other scholarships are available!!!
Discounts are given after all scholarship funds have been applied. A 5% discount is given if tuition is paid in full for the entire year. A 3% discount is given if tuition is paid in full for a semester.
